Maxivent M45 counterflow - side connection low profile
The Maxivent by Econox horizontal low profile air handling unit is a powerful, space-saving and modular ventilation system with heat recovery. Thanks to its low, horizontal design, it is ideally suited for installations with limited installation height. The M45 horizontal low profile units operate using a Eurovent-certified counterflow heat exchanger, which recovers more than 80% of the thermal energy from the return air without any mixing of air streams. Polluted indoor air is extracted and transfers its heat to the counterflow heat exchanger. Fresh outdoor air flows in the opposite direction and is efficiently preheated. This ensures a healthy indoor climate at all times while retaining energy. With a capacity of up to 5,500 m³/h, depending on the model, the Maxivent air handling unit is particularly suitable for energy-efficient ventilation in offices, sports facilities and other commercial buildings.
Which versions are available for the horizontal low profile?
The Maxivent by Econox horizontal low profile air handling units are available in several versions. Depending on the commercial project and the installation position of the unit, the following factors can be considered:
- Capacity: With nominal airflows ranging from 1,200 m³/h up to 5,500 m³/h, the units can be flexibly applied to various building sizes and ventilation requirements.
- Left/Right: The units are available with handles on either the left or right side, allowing easy access to the air handling unit for accessory installation and maintenance. This option ensures optimal accessibility regardless of the installation position.
Accessories for the horizontal low profile
To ensure the horizontal low profile air handling unit fits your specific situation, it can be expanded with various accessories. These options allow you to heat incoming air during cold conditions, provide additional heating or cool the air for a comfortable indoor climate. Solutions are also available that enable the unit to automatically switch between heating and cooling, ensuring a consistently pleasant temperature. For outdoor installations, protective components are available to shield the unit from rain, dirt and wind. If quiet operation is important, a sound attenuator can help reduce noise in the ventilation ducts. In addition, accessories are available to easily regulate airflow, limit vibrations and keep the air clean, contributing to stable operation and fresh, filtered indoor air.
