On our website, it is possible to order products by placing them in your shopping basket. On each product page, you will see a green bar with the text "Add to my basket". Clicking on it will automatically add the item to your shopping basket. If the total value of your order, including VAT, exceeds £100, the package will be delivered to your home free of charge. Once you place your order, we will start working on it immediately, provided all products are in stock.

At Ventilationland, shipping is free throughout the United Kingdom on orders of £100 or more. For orders under £100, we charge a small amount of £9.95 for shipping and handling.
All orders are sent via the parcel service of Evri and generally delivered within 3-5 working days if the products are in stock. You will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code when the parcel leaves our warehouse. On the day of delivery, you can see the exact time period, allowing you to follow the status of your order step by step. Have you placed an order with us that cannot be sent via the regular parcel service? This may be due to the number of items and/or the size of a certain item. In this case, the shipment will be sent via pallet transport. Pallet shipments could take one working day longer.
It is not possible to collect your order.
We display the delivery time for each product in the shopping basket. We ship your order as soon as all products are in stock and the order can be delivered complete.
No, this is not necessary. However, you should always fill in your details when ordering, so that your parcel can be sent as quickly as possible. However, it is always handy to create your own account, in case you want to place another order later on.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a track and trace code from the relevant carrier. This allows you to track your order and see the expected date and time of delivery.
That is possible. When filling in all the details for your order, you can select the desired delivery address. Here you have the option of delivery to your own address, but you can also select the option "Deliver to another address". When you do this, you can then enter the address.
An order can only be changed when it is not yet in processing/shipping. Our warehouse is hard at work, so if you would like to change anything, please call us as soon as possible on +44 1753 260000 and have your order number handy. Please note that customised items cannot be changed after ordering.

You can add a coupon code/discount code in your basket. The 'Add discount code' field is located just below the items in your basket. After you enter a valid discount code and click the green plus sign, the discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order.
We want you to be satisfied, so you can return your order to us free of charge if you wish. After you have received your order, you have a 90-day cooling-off period, so you can cancel all or part of your purchase within that time. Would you like to return one or more items? Please use our return form.
Yes you can. The standard (extra) delivery time for shipments abroad is 3 to 5 days. We have divided shipping costs outside the United Kingdom into four country zones: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Shipping costs zone 1: £ 13.95 (standard parcel) or £ 139 (pallet shipment). This includes: Austria, Czech Republic, France (incl. Andorra), Luxembourg, Germany, Poland.
Shipping costs zone 2: £ 16.95 (standard parcel) or £ 204 (pallet shipment). This includes: Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) and Spain (excluding the Canary Islands).
Shipping costs zone 3: £ 16.95 (standard parcel) or £ 249 (pallet shipment). This includes: Denmark, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira) and Sweden.
Shipping costs zone 4: £ 19.95 (standard parcel) or £ 369 (pallet shipment). This includes: Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland and Slovenia.
