Delivery
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions related to the delivery of our products and orders. Would you like to know the status of your order? You can check that here too. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a track and trace code from the relevant carrier. This allows you to track your order and see the expected date and time of delivery.
Unfortunately it is not possible (yet) to pick up your order at our warehouse.
No, it is unfortunately not possible to collect your order from a Postal Office. However, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to another address. In that case, choose the option 'Deliver to another address' during checkout.
You can still change the delivery time via the Evri app or customer service if possible. This is also possible if you have missed the delivery driver and a new delivery attempt is planned.
If nobody is present at the address provided while the delivery person is trying to deliver your order, the shipment may be delivered to a nearby address or taken to a collection point. You will always be informed about the status of your order. If delivery takes place via our own logistics service, we will try to contact you by telephone.
Initially, your parcel will be delivered within five days (if all items are in stock). You can still change the delivery time via the Evri app if possible, once the order has been dispatched with Evri. If the delivery takes place via our own logistics service, we will try to contact you.
If you have not yet received an order, there are several possible reasons:
- The product you ordered is currently out of stock and will soon be replenished in our warehouse.
- The order has already been dispatched, but there may have been a delay with the carrier.
- The order has not yet been paid for. If no payment has been made, the order will be put on hold.
You can always check the status of your order via the track and trace code we have sent by e-mail

You can track your subsequent delivery via the track and trace code you received from us by e-mail. Here you can also see the scheduled delivery time and date.
