This PVC T-piece has dimensions of 235mm x 80mm (oval) and features a glued socket connection on all three sides that fits directly over a duct, eliminating the need for an additional connector to link it with the cast-in duct. The connection at the bottom has a diameter of 160mm.

The oval ducts and fittings have a built-in height of only 90 mm (duct height 80 mm). This makes the system suitable not only for cast-in applications but also for installation in suspended ceilings or other space constraints. The robust impact-resistant PVC makes them durable and capable of withstanding the loads during concrete pouring.

Cast-in ducts are ventilation ducts integrated into a floor or concrete to facilitate air distribution or extraction in buildings. The ducts and fittings meet the highest air tightness class, ATC1, as established in NEN-EN 17192:2019. This means that the system is three times more airtight than systems with ATC2, which corresponds to the LUKA air tightness class D. This high air tightness improves both energy efficiency and air quality.

Thanks to the low wall roughness of PVC, there is less dirt accumulation and friction losses are minimal. PVC has the lowest wall roughness of all ventilation ducts, contributing to optimal airflow.
