This PVC elbow at a 45-degree angle with dimensions 235mm x 80mm (oval) has a glue socket on one side. This allows the elbow to fit directly over a channel without requiring an additional connector for coupling with the oval embedment channel.

The oval channels and fittings have an installation height of only 90 mm (channel height 80 mm). This makes the system suitable not only for embedment applications but also for installation in suspended ceilings or other spatial constraints. The robust impact-resistant PVC makes them durable and capable of withstanding the stresses during concrete pouring.

Embedment channels are ventilation ducts integrated into a floor or concrete to enable air distribution or extraction in buildings. These flexible products are designed to be invisible and are widely used in new construction and renovation projects. Furthermore, an embedment channel can be used in walls, floors, and/or ceilings. Combined with a straight embedment channel and various fittings, a ventilation duct can be installed as desired. There are both round and rectangular embedment channels. Channels and fittings: airtightness and durability

The channels and fittings meet the highest airtightness class, ATC1, as established in NEN-EN 17192:2019. This means the system is three times more airtight than systems with ATC2, equivalent to the LUKA airtightness class D. This high airtightness improves both energy efficiency and air quality.

Thanks to the low wall roughness of PVC, there is less dirt accumulation, and friction losses are minimal. PVC has the lowest wall roughness of all ventilation ducts, contributing to optimal airflow. Flexible ducts, on the other hand, have the highest wall roughness, though they excel in flexibility.
