The Spiro-SAFE premium silencer diameter 125 mm - length 1200 mm (100 mm insulation) is a round ventilation silencer made from galvanized steel, specially designed for use in ventilation and air handling ducts. This silencer is engineered to effectively reduce noise generated by air flow and mechanical fans, ensuring that noise levels in occupied and technical spaces remain within acceptable limits.

Practical information

Sound absorption is achieved using glass wool located between the inner and outer shell of the silencer. Depending on the model, the wool thickness is 50 mm or 100 mm for the PREMIUM-100. The mineral wool is flexible and cut from roll material, allowing it to conform well to the shape of the silencer and guaranteeing consistent sound attenuation along the entire length of the product. 2. Central core: From diameter 315 and above, premium silencers feature a central core. This core directs the air through a perforated inner tube, increasing the contact of sound waves with the absorption layer. This particularly improves attenuation of mid and high frequencies.

More uniform sound reduction: The combination of flexible insulation, a secure connection, and a thoughtful design ensures that the premium version delivers more consistent sound attenuation across a wide frequency range.
