Orcon HRC-300 MaxComfort DN160 - 300 m³/h

The Orcon HRC-300 MaxComfort DN160 is a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery designed for houses and apartments, offering a maximum airflow of 300 m³/h. The unit continuously supplies fresh, filtered outdoor air to living rooms and bedrooms, while simultaneously extracting used air from the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Thanks to the integrated heat exchanger, the unit recovers up to 94% of the heat from the extracted air and uses it to preheat the incoming outside air, contributing to the energy-efficient operation of the system.

Expansion Accessories

The Orcon HRC-300 MaxComfort can be customised according to specific needs, preferences, and situations by using various accessories. The unit can be expanded with the following components:

Orcon RFT remote control 15RF: This wireless remote allows manual adjustment of the ventilation level to low, medium, or high directly within the room.
Orcon humidity control sensor 15RF – flush-mounted: Combines a control panel with a built-in humidity sensor. When humidity rises, the unit automatically increases the ventilation level. Suitable for installation in the bathroom or kitchen.
Orcon CO2 control sensor 15RF: Continuously measures the CO2 concentration in the room. When levels increase, the sensor commands the unit to automatically boost ventilation to maintain air quality.
Orcon motion sensor 15RF – flush-mounted: Detects presence in a room and increases ventilation automatically when someone is present. Once the room is vacated, the unit returns to the default setting.

Installation, Maintenance and Applications

The HRC-300 MaxComfort DN160 can be mounted using the supplied wall bracket or placed on an optional stand. Air ducts to the building can be connected on either the left or right side of the unit, allowing installation in virtually any service space. The four duct connections, each with a diameter of 160 mm, are standard positioned on top of the unit but can easily be relocated to the side, depending on the desired duct routing. Electrical connection is via a standard plug on 230 V / 50 Hz with a 2 m cable length. For control via a 3-step switch, the cable can optionally be replaced with a Perilex version. The unit is rated IP31 for protection.
