Orcon HRC-300 EcoMax DN160 - 300 m³/h

The Orcon HRC-300 EcoMax DN160 is a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery designed for houses and apartments, delivering a maximum airflow of 300 m³/h. The unit continuously supplies fresh, filtered outdoor air to living rooms and bedrooms while simultaneously extracting stale air from the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Thanks to the built-in heat exchanger, the device recovers up to 93.4% of the heat from the extracted air and uses it to preheat the incoming outdoor air, contributing to the unit’s energy-efficient operation.

Expansion Accessories

The Orcon HRC-300 EcoMax can be customised to specific needs, preferences, and situations through various accessories. The unit can be extended with the following components:

Orcon RFT remote control 15RF: This wireless remote allows manual adjustment of the ventilation setting to low, medium, or high directly from the room.
Orcon humidity control sensor 15RF – flush-mounted: Combines a control panel with a built-in humidity sensor. When humidity rises, the device automatically switches to a higher ventilation level. Suitable for installation in bathrooms or kitchens.
Orcon CO2 control sensor 15RF: Continuously measures CO2 levels in the room. When concentrations increase, the sensor signals the unit to boost ventilation automatically, maintaining good indoor air quality.
Orcon motion sensor 15RF – flush-mounted: Detects presence in a room and automatically increases ventilation when someone is present. When the room is vacated, the device returns to the default setting.

Installation, Maintenance and Applications

The HRC-300 EcoMax DN160 can be mounted on the supplied wall bracket or placed on an optional base frame. Air ducts to the building can be connected on either the left or right side of the unit, enabling installation in virtually any service space. The four duct connections, each with a diameter of 160 mm, are standard on top of the unit and can easily be repositioned to the side, depending on the preferred duct layout. Electrical connection is made via a standard plug for 230 V / 50 Hz with a 2 m cable length. The unit has an IP31 protection rating.
