The Ergovent recessed frameless linear grille measuring 1050 mm is a linear ventilation grille specifically designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Puzzle creates a minimalist, subtle slot in the surface, making it almost unnoticeable and seamlessly integrated into the interior design. The ventilation grille is designed for flexible plastic duct systems with a connection diameter of 75 or 90 mm.

Installation of the ventilation grille

The Lineo Pro Puzzle is mounted on plasterboard profiles and can be linked to form longer, continuous ventilation slots. The puzzle system effortlessly clicks the segments together, ensuring a neat, invisible joint. To ensure proper adhesion, it is important to first clean the surface and any joints from dust. To prevent cracking in the finishing, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the grille. After this, a primer can be applied to the areas that will be plastered. Following the surface treatment, the grille is fixed in place and connected to the duct system, and the entire assembly is finished and painted in the same colour as the ceiling for a clean, seamless look. The Lineo Pro Puzzle has a fixed length of 1050 mm but can be extended by connecting multiple Lineo Pro Puzzle grilles or corner pieces. Duct connections or covers are mounted on the rear side at a 45-degree angle.

To adapt the linear grille for 90 mm, simply fit the two supplied connecting pieces. This can be done quickly and easily with just a screwdriver.

Standard, profile, or modular?

• Lineo Pro Single (standard): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, to be installed directly on the concrete ceiling before the plasterboard ceiling is mounted.
• Lineo Pro Profile (profile): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, which can be placed directly on the plasterboard frame for faster installation.
• Lineo Pro Puzzle (modular): Modular model for connection with other recessed linear grilles or corner pieces, which can be placed directly on the plasterboard frame for faster installation.

Operation

The Lineo Pro Puzzle includes a built-in air control damper at the rear as standard. After installation, this damper can be easily adjusted with an Allen key, allowing precise air volume regulation per room—without the need for separate valves. The damper is suitable for both supply and extract air, making the grille compatible with mechanical ventilation systems.
