Ergovent plaster-in frameless linear grille 1000 mm with 90 mm connection diameter - profile

The Ergovent plaster-in frameless linear grille of 1000 mm is a linear ventilation grille, specially designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Profile creates a minimalist, subtle slot in the surface, making it barely noticeable and seamlessly blending into the interior design. The ventilation grille is designed for flexible plastic duct systems with a connection diameter of 75 or 90 mm.

Installation of the ventilation grille

The Lineo Pro Profile is mounted directly onto the plasterboard ceiling profiles. For proper adhesion, it is important to first remove dust from the surface and any joints. To prevent cracking in the finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the grille. Afterwards, a primer can be applied on the areas that will be plastered. After surface treatment, fixing the grille and connecting the duct system, the entire assembly is finished and painted in the same colour as the ceiling for a clean, seamless look. The Lineo Pro Profile has a fixed length of 1000 mm, is suitable for a single air supply or exhaust from the ventilation system, and is not connectable. Duct connections or covers are attached at a 45-degree angle on the rear side.

• 2x Ergovent adapter pieces for a 90 mm connection diameter

To make the linear grille suitable for 90 mm, simply fit the two supplied adapter pieces. This can be done quickly and effortlessly yourself using only a screwdriver.

Standard, profile or modular?

• Lineo Pro Single (standard): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, which must be installed directly on the concrete ceiling before the plaster ceiling is mounted.
• Lineo Pro Profile (profile): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, which can be directly mounted on the plaster frame for faster installation.
• Lineo Pro Puzzle (modular): Modular model for connection with other plaster-in linear grilles or corner pieces, which can be directly mounted on the plaster frame for faster installation.

Operation

The Lineo Pro Profile standardly includes an integrated air control damper on the rear side. After installation, it can be easily adjusted with an Allen key so that the air volume per room can be accurately regulated—without requiring separate valves. The damper is suitable for both supply and exhaust air, making the grille compatible with mechanical ventilation systems.
