The Ergovent plasterable frameless linear grille of 1000 mm is a linear ventilation grille specifically developed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Profile creates a minimalist, subtle slot in the surface, making it barely noticeable and seamlessly integrated into the interior design. The ventilation grille is designed for flexible plastic duct systems with a connection diameter of 75 or 90 mm.

Installation of the ventilation grille

The Lineo Pro Profile is mounted directly onto plasterboard ceiling profiles. For proper adhesion, it is important to first remove any dust from the surface and any joints. To prevent cracking in the finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of fiberglass mesh over the visible surface of the grille. After this, a primer can be applied to the areas to be filled. Once the surface treatment is complete, the grille is mounted, and the duct system connected, the unit can be finished and painted in the same color as the ceiling for a clean, seamless appearance. The Lineo Pro Profile has a fixed length of 1000 mm, is suitable for a single air supply or extraction from the ventilation system, and is not connectable. Duct connections or covers are mounted on the rear at a 45-degree angle.

Standard, profile or modular?

• Lineo Pro Single (standard): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, which must be mounted directly to the concrete ceiling before installing the plasterboard ceiling.
• Lineo Pro Profile (profile): Standalone model for a single, independent connection to a flexible ventilation duct, which can be placed directly on the plasterboard frame for faster installation.
• Lineo Pro Puzzle (modular): Modular model for connection with other plasterable linear grilles or corner pieces, which can be mounted directly on the plasterboard frame for quicker installation.

Control

The Lineo Pro Profile includes a standard integrated air control valve on the rear. After installation, it can be easily adjusted with an Allen key, allowing the air volume per room to be accurately regulated — without the need for separate vents. The valve is suitable for both air supply and extraction, making the grille compatible with mechanical ventilation systems.
