Maxivent reversible DX coil for M4555 horizontal low profile left - CCDX1L

The Maxivent by Econox reversible DX coil is an optional accessory to extend the M4555 air handling unit, horizontal low profile left version. Constructed from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes and headers, the DX coil offers a capacity of 35.03 kW for heating and 36.85 kW for cooling, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity and a corrosion-resistant casing.

A refrigerant (e.g. R410A or R32) circulates through the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, exchanging heat with the airflow in the air handling unit by evaporation or condensation. The key advantage compared to a hot or chilled water coil is that the reversible DX coil can both cool and heat directly with the refrigerant. No intermediate fluid (such as water or glycol) is needed for heat transfer, resulting in a more compact installation with reduced thermal losses.

The reversible DX coil module is mounted on the side of the horizontal low profile M4555 air handling unit.
