Brink Flair 400 4/0 Right Enthalpy HRV Unit

The Brink Flair 400 enthalpy is an extremely energy-efficient heat recovery unit with a thermal efficiency of over 80%. The energy consumption of the Brink Flair 400 is up to 30% lower than comparable HRV systems. The integrated control system and newly designed Flair fans ensure a constant flow of fresh air with a capacity of 400m³/h. This allows the Brink Flair to achieve an optimal balance between thermal efficiency and energy consumption. The HRV unit offers very extensive operating options.

The Brink Flair 300 is easy to operate via the app on a smartphone or tablet. With the installation wizard on the Brink Home app, the installation of the Flair 400 4/0 Right is simple and quick. Each step of the process is described step by step, making it nearly impossible to overlook anything. Additionally, the so-called maintenance wizard provides assistance with maintenance and notifications when the filters need to be replaced. Very convenient!

The Flair 400 4/0 Right Enthalpy is standardly equipped with automatic summer bypass and smart frost protection. Furthermore, the unit has an extremely low noise level and is the smallest in its class. It also features an enthalpy exchanger.

The Brink WTW Flair 4/0 enthalpy right is a Dutch device and can therefore only be set in Dutch.

The Flair 400 is the successor to the Brink Renovent Excellent 400 series. Compared to its predecessor, the Flair 400 has the following improvements:

  • Most modern communication options via smartphone/tablet app
  • Most efficient HRV unit on the Dutch market
  • The connection sleeves are standardly equipped with rubber rings for an airtight connection
  • Modbus print standard included
  • Thanks to the new condensate drain, now standardly equipped with a ball siphon, almost no connection errors can be made.
  • USB connection for RF control

Configuration Brink Climate Systems HRV Flair 400 4/0 Right Enthalpy:

Is ventilation good for the environment?
Is ventilation good for the environment?
We are increasingly noticing the effects of global warming. We know we can also do something ourselves to counteract it. Among other things, we can travel less often by car, eat less meat and use energy sparingly. With the latter, the government has helped us. The imposition of higher environmental requirements for new houses was in fact a consequence of the 1973 energy crisis. This created a veritable wave of insulation. Since this time, modern homes are so well insulated that heat can no longer be lost through cracks and holes. The downside of this is that it also prevents fresh air from entering the house. However, we need ventilation to stay healthy. On the other hand, we all want to ensure that the environment does not deteriorate even further. In this blog, we answer the question of whether ventilation is environmentally friendly.

What is an enthalpy exchanger?
What is an enthalpy exchanger?
An enthalpy exchanger recovers moisture in addition to heat. Proper ventilation without an enthalpy exchanger extracts moisture from the air in a home. Long exposure to too low humidity can have physical consequences. So with the enthalpy exchanger, you no longer suffer from this. The enthalpy exchanger maintains the humidity level, making the air in your home much more pleasant.

What is an MVHR unit? Energy-efficient ventilation
What is an MVHR unit? Energy-efficient ventilation
The abbreviation MVHR stands for heat recovery and is a method of ventilation in which as little heat as possible is lost. With MVHR ventilation, the used, warm air is simply removed and its heat is transferred to the fresh, cold air that flows through the ventilation system into the house. An MVHR unit keeps the air flows in your home balanced, which is why it is also known as balanced ventilation. The system is also known as 'ventilation system D'.
