This PVC T-piece has a round dimension of 125 mm and is equipped with a glue socket on all three sides. These connections fit directly over a duct, eliminating the need for an additional connector for coupling with the recessed duct.
The oval ducts and fittings have a built-in height of only 90 mm (duct height 80 mm). This makes the system suitable not only for recessed applications but also for installation in suspended ceilings or other space constraints. The robust impact-resistant PVC makes them durable and capable of withstanding the loads during concrete pouring.
Recessed ducts are ventilation ducts that are integrated into a floor or concrete to enable air distribution or extraction in buildings. These flexible products are designed to be invisible and are commonly used in new construction and renovation projects. Furthermore, a recessed duct can be used in walls, floors, and/or ceilings. Combined with a straight recessed duct and various fittings, a ventilation duct can be installed as desired. There are both round and rectangular recessed ducts. Thanks to the low wall roughness of PVC, there is less dirt deposition and friction losses are minimal. PVC has the lowest wall roughness of all ventilation ducts, contributing to optimal airflow. Flexible ducts, on the other hand, have the highest wall roughness, although they excel in flexibility.
A unique feature of the system is the presence of additional ribs around the glue socket. These ribs enhance grip and ensure a stronger connection, which is essential during concrete pouring.
