An M-over sleeve is often used at a dilation joint to accommodate movements caused by expansion and contraction in building materials. The over sleeve provides a flexible and airtight connection between two pieces of duct, while allowing them to move slightly relative to each other.

The oval ducts and fittings have a built-in height of only 170 mm (duct height 160 mm). This makes the system suitable not only for embedded applications but also for installation in suspended ceilings or other space constraints. The robust impact-resistant PVC makes them durable and resistant to loads during concrete pouring.

Embedded ducts are ventilation ducts that are integrated into a floor or concrete to enable air distribution or extraction in buildings. The ducts and fittings meet the highest airtightness class, ATC1, as established in NEN-EN 17192:2019. This means that the system is three times more airtight than systems with ATC2, which corresponds to the LUKA airtightness class D. This high airtightness improves both energy efficiency and air quality.

Thanks to the low wall roughness of PVC, there is less dirt deposition and friction losses are minimal. PVC has the lowest wall roughness of all ventilation ducts, contributing to optimal airflow.
