Product Specifications

Our embedded air ducts are specially designed for use in residential construction and floors that are equivalent to residential buildings. Additionally, these durable products are made from high-quality galvanized steel. This steel is coated with a corrosion-resistant zinc layer, applied using the reliable Sendzimir process, ensuring a double-sided zinc coating. This guarantees robust and long-lasting protection against corrosion, in compliance with NEN-EN 10346 and NEN-EN 10143 standards.

Depending on the dimensions of the air duct, we select the most suitable sheet thickness to ensure strength and functionality. For embedded ducts measuring 170x80 mm, a sheet thickness of 0.5 mm is used, while larger sizes such as 220x80 mm mm and 300x80 mm are manufactured with a 0.6 mm sheet. The transverse connections in rectangular embedded ducts are designed as sliding connections, using a coupling piece. These connections are securely fastened with self-drilling screws. To prevent water or cement from entering the air duct, the connections are sealed with PVC tape. Longitudinal connections are executed as a seam connection or spot-welded connection. These characteristics make our galvanized embedded air ducts a reliable choice for construction projects where durability and quality are paramount.
