Orcon Compact-10RH + 2x CO2 sensor

The Orcon Compact-10RH + 2x CO2 sensor is a mechanical residential ventilation unit with integrated demand control based on humidity and CO2 levels. Designed for renovation and replacement in existing homes, it ventilates automatically according to the current indoor air quality. The built-in humidity sensor detects rises in moisture and immediately activates the system. The two included CO2 sensors measure air quality in different rooms and regulate airflow only when truly necessary.

Advantages and Features

Most compact dimensions in its class: with measurements of 360 x 280 x 278 mm, the unit fits even in the tightest installation spaces, greatly simplifying renovation and replacement in existing homes.
Integrated humidity sensor: continuously measures air humidity and automatically switches to a higher ventilation level during rapid moisture increases, for example after showering or cooking.

Powerful Ventilation at the Right Time

The Compact-10RH 2x CO2 delivers a maximum airflow of 355 m³/h at 100 Pa and 320 m³/h at 200 Pa, sufficient for a standard family home. Because the system is demand-controlled, the fan only operates at increased capacity when moisture or CO2 levels require it. In practice, this means the fan runs quietly and energy-efficiently in the background for the majority of the day. When more air exchange is needed, the system responds automatically without manual intervention. Thanks to the combined control, the unit achieves energy label B.

Installation, Maintenance and Applications

The Compact-10RH + 2x CO2 sensor is ideally suited for renovation and replacement of outdated mechanical ventilation systems in existing homes. The unit is mounted with four supplied screws to a wall or ceiling. Four connection openings of ø125 mm offer flexibility when connecting ductwork, including a rear connection for direct wall mounting. The two CO2 sensors are paired wirelessly via the RF connection. The fan airflow can be precisely adjusted for each setting via DIP switches on the circuit board, tailored to the specific situation in the home. The unit requires minimal maintenance due to the limited number of components.
