Maxivent Reversible DX Coil for MR4535 Right - CCDX1R

The Maxivent by Econox reversible DX coil is an optional accessory designed to extend the MR4528 air handling unit, right-hand version. Constructed from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, the DX coil ensures excellent thermal conductivity and features a corrosion-resistant casing, delivering a capacity of 15.60 kW for heating and 16.46 kW for cooling.

A refrigerant (e.g., R410A or R32) circulates through the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, exchanging heat with the airflow inside the air handling unit by evaporation or condensation. The key advantage compared to a hot or cold water coil is that the reversible DX coil can both heat and cool while working directly with the refrigerant. No intermediate medium (such as water or glycol) is required for heat transfer, allowing for a more compact installation and reduced heat loss.

The reversible DX coil module is mounted on the side of the MR4528 air handling unit.
