Maxivent Reversible DX Coil for MR4528 Left - CCDX1L

The Maxivent by Econox reversible DX coil is an optional accessory designed to expand the MR4528 air handling unit, left-hand version. Constructed from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and collectors, the DX coil provides excellent thermal conductivity and a corrosion-resistant casing, with a capacity of 15.60 kW for heating and 16.46 kW for cooling.

Refrigerant (e.g., R410A or R32) circulates within the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, exchanging heat with the airstream inside the air handling unit through evaporation or condensation. The key advantage compared to a hot or chilled water coil is that this reversible DX coil can both cool and heat while directly using the refrigerant. No intermediate medium (such as water or glycol) is required for heat transfer, which keeps the installation compact and minimises heat loss.

The reversible DX coil module is mounted on the side of the MR4528 air handling unit.
