The Maxivent by Econox M4523 system is a highly efficient, robust, advanced, and versatile balanced ventilation unit with heat recovery, specially designed for conference rooms, offices, and small to medium-sized commercial buildings. With a nominal air volume of 2300 m³/h and heat recovery of over 80%, this air handling unit is ideally suited for your next commercial project where continuous ventilation without energy loss is a priority. The unit operates using an efficient counterflow heat exchanger, EC fans, an integrated control panel and remote controller with 10 m cable.The unit is plug & play, designed for floor mounting, and features handles on the right side for easy opening and maintenance.
Benefits and Features
- Durable casing: Made from aluminium profiles with a polyamide thermal break (TB2-class) to prevent thermal bridging. According to EN 1886, the unit achieves class D1, L1, T2, and TB2. The double-walled panels are insulated with 45 mm rock wool to minimise heat loss and noise.
- Counterflow heat exchanger: The integrated, efficient, and Eurovent-certified counterflow heat exchanger recovers over 80% of thermal energy from the exhaust air without mixing air streams.
- EC fans: Direct-driven EC motorised plug fans with high-efficiency electronic commutation (EC) provide an environmentally friendly solution with low energy consumption and low noise levels.
- Maintenance-friendly: Easy access to the air handling unit via the handles on the right side. Filters and optional accessories can be easily replaced and/or installed.
- The Regin E3-DSP: Remote control is supplied as standard and offers intuitive remote control via an LCD display. This allows ventilation and air conditioning modes, temperature settings, dirty filter information and many other parameters to be easily adjusted and monitored remotely, without the need for direct access to the air handling unit. As standard, the maximum distance is 10 meters but it is possible to extend it even more by adding some additional components.
- Control panel: The fully integrated Regin control panel supports constant pressure or constant volume control. It can be equipped with CO₂ or humidity sensors and enables display and management of various functions (such as airflow control, temperature regulation, dirty filter alerts, frost protection, and more).
- Additional components: Thanks to the flexible design, the unit can easily be expanded with extra features such as hot and chilled water coils, electric preheaters, silencers, and protective measures, customised to user requirements.
