Maxivent Automatic Switching Water Coil 7.27 kW Heating, 2.15 kW Cooling - H CCW1

The Maxivent automatic switching water coil is an optional accessory designed to expand the M4007 air handling unit. Constructed from a galvanised steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and collectors, this automatic switching water coil offers excellent thermal conductivity with a capacity of 7.27 kW for heating and 2.15 kW for cooling.

Water or a glycol mixture circulates through the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, absorbing or releasing heat to the airstream within the air handling unit. The heat exchanger is supplied by an external source, such as a boiler, chiller, or heat pump, which provides the coil with hot or cold water. A key advantage over a traditional hot or cold water coil is that the automatic switching water coil can both cool and heat. Switching between functions is easily managed via a control valve.

The automatic switching water coil is mounted on the side of the M4007 air handling unit.
