Maxivent Automatic Switching Water Coil 19.80 kW Heating, 6.41 kW Cooling - H CCW2

The Maxivent automatic switching water coil is an optional accessory designed to expand the M4012 air handling unit. Constructed with a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, this automatic switching water coil provides excellent thermal conduction with a capacity of 19.80 kW for heating and 6.41 kW for cooling.

Water or a glycol mixture circulates through the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, absorbing or releasing heat to the airflow within the air handling unit. The heat exchanger is supplied by an external source, such as a boiler, chiller or heat pump, which delivers hot or chilled water to the coil. The key advantage over a standard hot or chilled water coil is that the automatic switching water coil can both cool and heat. Switching between functions is easily managed via a control valve.

The automatic switching water coil is mounted on the side of the M4012 air handling unit.
