The Ergovent flush-mount frameless linear diffuser measuring 1000 mm is a linear ventilation grille, specifically designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Condi creates minimalist, subtle slots in the surface, making it barely noticeable and seamlessly integrating into the interior design. The diffuser is suitable for connection to flexible plastic ducts with a diameter of 160 mm, and can also be used in combination with air conditioning systems. The housing is made from EPP material, which offers exceptionally high thermal insulation properties, with all metal components coated with a special insulating layer. The pressure-resistant outer shell fully encloses the metal housing to prevent condensation.

Installation of the Diffuser

The Lineo Pro Condi is mounted onto plasterboard profiles and can, like the Lineo Pro Puzzle, be connected to form longer, continuous ventilation slots. The puzzle system effortlessly snaps the segments together, ensuring a neat, invisible joint. For proper adhesion, it is important to first ensure the surface and any joints are free of dust. To prevent cracking in the finishing, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the diffuser. Afterwards, a primer can be applied to the areas that will be plastered. After surface treatment, attaching the diffuser and connecting the duct or air conditioning system, the entire assembly is finished and painted in the same colour as the ceiling for a clean, seamless appearance. The Lineo Pro Condi has a fixed length of 1000 mm and can be extended by linking multiple Lineo Pro Puzzle/Condi diffusers, connectors, or corner pieces. Duct connections or covers are mounted at a 45-degree angle on the rear side.
