Ergovent Insertable Frameless Linear Grille, 1000 mm, with 150 mm Connection Diameter - Air Conditioning - 3 Slots

Ergovent plasterable frameless linear grille 1000 mm with connection diameter 150 mm - air conditioning - 3 slots

The Ergovent plasterable frameless linear grille of 1000 mm is a linear ventilation grille, specially designed for installation in gypsum board ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Condi creates minimalist, subtle slots in the surface, making it barely noticeable and seamlessly integrating into the interior design. The ventilation grille is suitable for connection to flexible plastic ducts with a diameter of 150 mm and can also be used in combination with air conditioning systems. The housing is made from EPP material with exceptionally high thermal insulation properties, with all metal parts coated with a special insulating layer. The pressure-resistant outer shell fully encloses the metal housing to prevent condensation. The base plate with two slots is made of PVC and the plenum is made of EPP.

Installation of the ventilation grille

The Lineo Pro Condi is mounted on gypsum profiles and, like the Lineo Pro Puzzle, can be linked into longer, continuous ventilation slots. The puzzle system effortlessly clicks the segments together, ensuring a tight, invisible joint. For good adhesion, it is important to first clean the surface and any joints to remove dust. To prevent cracking in the finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the grille. Afterwards, a primer can be applied to the areas that will be plastered. After surface treatment, grille installation, and connection to the duct or air conditioning system, the entire unit is finished and repainted in the same colour as the ceiling for a neat, seamless appearance. The Lineo Pro Condi has a fixed length of 1000 mm and can be extended by connecting multiple Lineo Pro Puzzle/Condi grilles, connectors, or corner pieces. Duct connections or covers are mounted at a 45-degree angle on the rear side.
