The Ergovent plasterable frameless linear grille of 1000 mm is a linear ventilation grille specifically designed for installation in plasterboard ceilings and walls. The Lineo Pro Condi creates minimalist, subtle slots in the surface, making it almost invisible and seamlessly blending into the interior design. The ventilation grille is suitable for connection to flexible plastic ducts with a diameter of 150 mm and can also be used in combination with air conditioning systems. The housing is made of EPP material with exceptionally high thermal insulation properties, with all metal parts coated with a special insulation layer. The pressure-resistant outer casing fully encloses the metal housing to prevent condensation.

Installation of the ventilation grille

The Lineo Pro Condi is mounted on plasterboard profiles and, like the Lineo Pro Puzzle, can be linked to form longer continuous ventilation slots. The puzzle system effortlessly clicks the segments together, ensuring a neat, invisible joint. For good adhesion, it is important to first clean the surface and any joints from dust. To prevent cracking in the finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of glass fibre mesh over the visible surface of the grille. Afterwards, a primer can be applied on the areas to be plastered. After surface treatment, attaching the grille, and connecting the duct or air conditioning system, the entire assembly is finished and painted in the same colour as the ceiling for a sleek, seamless appearance. The Lineo Pro Condi has a fixed length of 1000 mm and can be extended by connecting multiple Lineo Pro Puzzle/Condi grilles, connectors, or corner pieces. Duct connections or covers are attached at a 45-degree angle to the rear side.
