The Belimo duct and immersion temperature sensor is designed for measuring air and water temperatures in HVAC systems and can also be used in pipes when combined with an immersion sleeve. The stainless steel probe and housing ensure stable and protected mounting. The passive Ni1000TK5000 element accurately converts the measured temperature into a resistance signal processed by the control system. Based on this measurement, the system automatically regulates to maintain a constant and efficient climate control.
The sensor is suitable for mounting in air ducts and can be used in pipes with an immersion sleeve. Correct positioning of the probe ensures a representative temperature reading of the medium. The housing allows for a safe and organised connection via a terminal block. Due to its passive design, no power supply is required. The sensor is used in commercial buildings, residential housing and industrial HVAC systems where reliable temperature measurement is essential.
The sensor features a 50 mm long, 6 mm diameter stainless steel probe, compact in size and therefore easy to install in narrow ducts or combined with an immersion sleeve for pipe applications. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic and equipped with a cable gland with strain relief to ensure a reliable connection. The Ni1000TK5000 element transmits the resistance signal directly to the controller. This design is suitable for both duct and pipe applications requiring robust mounting and stable measurement.
