The Belimo duct and immersion temperature sensor is designed for measuring air and water temperatures in HVAC systems and can also be used in pipes when combined with an immersion sleeve. The stainless steel probe and housing ensure a stable and protected installation. The passive Ni1000TK5000 element accurately converts the measured temperature into a resistance signal processed by the control system. Based on this measurement, the system is automatically regulated for constant and efficient climate control.
The sensor is suitable for mounting in air ducts and can also be used in pipes together with an immersion sleeve. Correct positioning of the probe ensures a representative temperature measurement in the medium. The housing enables a safe and organised connection via a terminal block. Due to its passive design, no power supply is required. The sensor is used in commercial buildings, residential buildings, and industrial HVAC systems where reliable temperature measurement is essential.
The sensor features a 150 mm long, 6 mm diameter stainless steel probe. This probe length is suitable for medium-sized ducts, providing sufficient penetration into the medium for a representative measurement. The housing is made of impact-resistant plastic and includes a cable gland with strain relief for a reliable connection. The Ni1000TK5000 element directly transmits the resistance signal to the controller. This version is suitable for both duct and pipe applications where robust mounting and stable measurement are required.
