The combination of the insulated plenum and the aluminium linear grille with four adjustable pattern blades forms a complete solution for quiet, uniform air supply in spaces where comfortable and draught-free air distribution is desired, such as large office buildings, shopping centres, auditoriums, and other commercial projects with high ventilation demands. The linear grille is made from extruded aluminium in RAL 9010; the plenum is constructed from galvanised steel with sound-absorbing insulation. Both components are perfectly matched and function as one unit: the plenum evenly distributes the supply air along the full slot length of 1250 mm, while the linear grille optimally disperses the airflow via four adjustable deflector profiles. Featuring four slots, this linear grille offers the highest capacity in the range combined with the draught-free air distribution characteristic of the Econox system. Thanks to the Coanda effect, the air spreads along the ceiling without creating draughts, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate in the occupied zone.

Installation and Applications

The linear grille is mounted from below onto the plenum using the supplied galvanised fixing bracket. For connection, the air inlet deflector is rotated 90°, after which the grille is easily attached from underneath. The plenum then connects to the ventilation duct via a round coupling. Thanks to its compact build height, the set also fits ceilings with limited free space. After installation, the deflectors of the linear grille can be manually adjusted for either horizontal or vertical airflow direction. This set is suitable for offices, retail stores, schools, restaurants, hotels and other commercial buildings.
