The combination of the insulated plenum and the aluminium linear diffuser with four adjustable pattern blades forms a complete solution for quiet, even air supply in spaces where comfortable, draught-free air distribution is desired, such as large office buildings, shopping centres, auditoriums, and other commercial projects with high ventilation demands. The linear diffuser is made of extruded aluminium in RAL 9005; the plenum is constructed from galvanised steel with sound-absorbing insulation. Both components are matched and work as one unit: the plenum evenly distributes the supply air across the entire slot length of 1250 mm, while the linear diffuser optimally disperses the airflow through four adjustable deflector profiles throughout the room. Featuring four slots, this linear diffuser combines the highest capacity in the range with the draught-free air distribution characteristic of the Econox system. Thanks to the Coanda effect, the air spreads along the ceiling without draughts, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate in the occupied zone.

Installation and Applications

The linear diffuser is mounted from below onto the plenum using the supplied galvanised mounting bridge. For connection, the air inlet deflector is rotated 90°, after which the diffuser is simply fixed from underneath onto the plenum. The plenum then connects via a round outlet to the ventilation duct. Thanks to its compact build height, the set also fits into ceilings with limited free space. After installation, the diffuser’s deflectors can be manually adjusted to direct airflow horizontally or vertically. This set is suitable for offices, retail stores, schools, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial buildings.
