Innovation and technological leadership
When connecting cooling pipes, ClimaConnect uses professional techniques such as brazing with nitrogen purging and flared joints with coupling nuts, depending on the manufacturer’s specifications. Pressure testing, vacuuming down to 0.1 mbar and the use of digital vacuum pumps are standard parts of their handover process.
Sustainability
The company works with certified materials (K65 copper, insulated pipes in accordance with EN standards) and strictly adheres to F-gas and PED guidelines. Pipe diameters are precisely calculated based on refrigerant type, pipe length, height differences and system capacity, to minimise pressure losses and oil-related issues. For VRF and multi-split systems, ClimaConnect explicitly takes into account critical factors such as oil return, separate pipe runs and maximum pipe lengths specified by the manufacturer.
