Good insulation is good for energy saving, so how can you ventilate well and still save on energy? This can be done by using a heat recovery system (WTW), also known as a balance fan.
In a new-build home, the necessary ducts can be laid throughout the house, which is very convenient. In an existing house, however, this is usually not (properly) possible.
