Zehnder ComfoRoof MX Solo 310 Roof Fan

The Zehnder ComfoRoof MX Solo 310 is a robust and energy-efficient roof fan specifically designed for commercial buildings, schools, and more advanced residential construction. This base model provides an efficient and reliable solution for projects with multiple ventilation requirements and the need for central control.

The Zehnder ComfoRoof MX Solo 310 is the base version, suitable for a flow rate of up to 2900 m³/h and has a single-phase 230V connection. There is also a variant with a three-phase 400V/50Hz connection. A built-in potentiometer is an adjustable resistor that regulates the speed of the fan, allowing the airflow to be easily adjusted to the desired value. The roof fan can be used in combination with the insulated roof duct DOS G 535 or the roof duct DOS 535. Additionally, the sound damper GDH-K 535 can be placed directly between the roof duct and the roof fan.

Zehnder ComfoRoof MX Variants

Solo (Base Version): Suitable for projects where no external control or monitoring is needed, such as residential ventilation and smaller commercial buildings. Equipped with a built-in potentiometer to set the speed. The nine-position switch ranges from 20% to 100% power.
Manual (Advanced Version): Suitable for projects with multiple ventilation requirements and a need for central control, such as commercial buildings, schools, and advanced residential construction. Equipped with a 0-10V input for variable speed control, timer program, Modbus TCP interface for integration with building management systems (BMS), and configuration via a local web server.
Automatic (Full Version): Suitable for applications where constant air pressure is required, such as industrial buildings and large commercial projects. Equipped with all the features of the Manual version and automatic pressure control.

Air performance and sound levels are exactly the same for both versions; however, they differ in connection method and power consumption and current.
