The Zehnder Roof Fan ComfoRoof MX Manual 210 D is the basic plus version, suitable for a flow rate of up to 2400 m³/h and has a 3-phase 400V/50Hz connection. There is also a variant with a 1-phase 230V connection. The fan features a 0-10V input for automatic speed control. The system also includes a timer program, Modbus TCP support, and can be configured with a local web server for further operation and monitoring. The roof fan can be combined with the insulated roof curb Insulated Curb DOS G 450 or the curb DOS 450. Additionally, the Sound Attenuator GDH-K 450 can be placed directly between the roof curb and the roof fan to minimize noise disturbance and optimize performance.

Zehnder Roof Fan ComfoRoof MX Variants

Solo (Basic Version): Suitable for projects where no external control or monitoring is needed, such as residential ventilation and smaller commercial buildings. Equipped with a built-in potentiometer to set the speed. The nine-position switch ranges from 20% to 100% power.
Manual (Advanced Version): Suitable for projects with multiple ventilation requirements and a need for central control, such as commercial buildings, schools, and advanced residential construction. Equipped with a 0-10V input for variable speed control, timer program, Modbus TCP interface for integration with building management systems (BMS), and configuration via a local web server.
Automatic (Full Version): Suitable for applications where constant air pressure is required, such as industrial buildings and large commercial projects. Includes all features of the Manual version and automatic pressure control.
