The Vent Axia Multihome is a quiet ventilation box with a very high air output and energy-efficient motor that is ideally suited for both new construction projects and renovation projects. Thanks to the aerodynamic snail housing, the ventilation unit manages to deliver a maximum air flow rate of 300m3/h at 150Pa (depending on the model).

All versions of the mechanical fan are equipped with an internal humidity sensor and can be expanded with CO2, temperature and humidity control, ensuring the desired indoor climate at all times. A presence sensor can also be connected so that the ventilation box is automatically switched on when someone is present in the living room, bedroom or office.

Vent-Axia's Multihome fans are made entirely of recycled plastic so you ventilate not only energy-efficiently but also sustainably!

Easy assembly

The mechanical ventilation unit can easily replace an old(er) air handling system and is directly interchangeable. The Multihome is easy to install both vertically and horizontally on the wall or ceiling. The Multihome has 4 residential connections, 2 of which are located at the bottom of the unit. These connections have a diameter of 125 mm, for direct connection to ventilation ducts or hoses of equal diameter.

Vent-Axia conncect smartphone app

The advance models of the Multihome can also be controlled via a smartphone app via bluetooth. In addition, you can easily read the data collected by the device via the Vent-Axia connect app. The app displays temperature, humidity and CO2 levels.
