Ubbink Air Excellent 48C 90° Bend Coupling

The Air Excellent 48C 90° bend coupling is used to connect two 48C ducts at a right angle. This bend is applied when the duct route needs to change direction within a floor, wall, or ceiling, without compromising airtightness or system performance. Thanks to the included 48C Click-Seal rings, installation is quick and tool-free.

Performance in Practice

When using two connections, the pressure loss per duct remains significantly lower, offering flexibility in ventilation system design.

The bend is suitable for temperatures from -20 °C to 60 °C and complies with fire class Euroclass E. With dimensions of 176 x 176 mm and a height of 102 mm, the element integrates easily into compact installation spaces. Weighing approximately 0.135 kg, it ensures a stable and comfortable installation.

Installation and Maintenance

You place the bend directly between two 48C ducts and click the connection into place. Since no sealant or tape is required, you work faster and more consistently on site. The mechanical seal remains durable and low-maintenance throughout the ventilation system’s lifespan.
