Ubbink Aerfoam Transition Piece 125 to 160 mm

The Ubbink Aerfoam transition piece 125 to 160 mm is part of the Aerfoam insulated piping system and serves as a connector between various Aerfoam components with different diameters. Thanks to its lightweight design and the ability to connect different diameters, this transition piece is ideal for residential ventilation systems such as balanced ventilation (WTW).

Connection Options

With the Ubbink Aerfoam transition piece 125 to 160 mm, the following components can be connected:

• pipes with a diameter of 125 and 160 mm;
• a bend and pipe with a diameter of 125 and 160 mm;
• a T-piece and pipe with a diameter of 125 and 160 mm;
• a T-piece and bend with a diameter of 125 and 160 mm;
• T-pieces with a diameter of 125 and 160 mm.

The Ubbink Aerfoam transition piece 125 to 160 mm cannot be connected to a coupling piece. This is also unnecessary, as the transition piece already functions as a connector.

How to Attach the Transition Piece?

Requirements for Connections

To connect components with the same diameter, a coupling piece is required. If you want to connect components with different diameters, you use a transition piece – no coupling piece is needed in this case. For a secure attachment to the wall or ceiling, use a bracket specifically designed for the Aerfoam system.
