Thermoduct Insulated Reducer from 315 mm to 125 mm

This insulated Thermoduct reducer consists of a galvanised metal pipe with an outer jacket of thermal insulation material with a 13 mm closed-cell structure.

The Thermoduct insulated reducer is ideal for supply and exhaust air connections of, for example, HRV units and air handling units. The Thermoduct insulated ventilation pipe and fittings are developed and manufactured by Econox.

Prefab solution

Thermoduct is a prefabricated solution for installing insulated, low-noise and energy-efficient ventilation. The Thermoduct reducer is prefabricated and insulated, which makes installation easier. This also ensures a shorter installation time and is therefore cost-saving.

Reduction of heat loss and no condensation

Thermoduct is an air duct system with a high-quality thermally insulating jacket. The jacket reduces heat loss and, due to the dense 13 mm cell structure, water vapour cannot be transferred. Thermoduct regulates temperature differences between the indoor and outdoor air, which virtually eliminates condensation.

Ease of installation

Thermoduct stands for airtight assembly. Thermoduct products are standard equipped with sealing rubber and sealing straps, and as a result, Thermoduct fittings achieve airtightness class D or ATC 2. Thanks to the safe connection with rubber sealing and the handy airtight sealing straps, no taping is required. The inner pipe is also galvanised and therefore easy to clean.

Noise reduction

Thanks to the acoustic properties of the insulating jacket, noise is reduced in the ventilation ducts, resulting in a low-noise ventilation system. This makes it the ideal solution for installations that meet the strict noise requirements of the Building Decree 2012 (max. 30dB(A)).
