The Spiro-SAFE sound attenuator diameter 630 mm - length 1200 mm (100 mm insulation) is a round ventilation silencer made from galvanized steel, specifically designed for use in ventilation and air handling ducts. 2. Central Core: From diameter 315 onwards, the premium attenuators are equipped with a central core. This core causes the air to flow through a perforated inner tube, increasing the sound waves’ contact with the absorption layer. This results in more effective attenuation, particularly of mid and high frequencies.
3. More Uniform Sound Reduction: The combination of flexible insulation, precise fitting, and thoughtful design ensures the premium variant delivers more consistent noise reduction over a wide frequency range.
