The catering roof fan vertical has built-in temperature control to prevent burn out. The metal roof fan is mounted directly on a Ruck roof socket (DSF series) or a sound-insulated plinth silencer (DSS series). In addition, the roof fan is equipped with rearward curved vanes and blows the air straight up (vertically). The advantages of this are that the fan has a higher efficiency, a lower power consumption and a lower noise level at higher pressure differences. The Ruck DVNI EC series for catering extraction is available with capacities ranging from 2360m3/h up to 7240m3/h.
