The Maxivent by Econox MR4512 system is a highly efficient, robust, advanced, and versatile balanced ventilation unit with heat recovery, specifically designed for offices, practices, and small-scale commercial buildings. With a nominal airflow of 1200 m³/h and heat recovery exceeding 80%, this air handling unit is ideal for your next commercial project where continuous ventilation without energy loss is a priority. The air handling unit operates using an efficient condensation wheel, EC fans, and an integrated control panel. It is designed for floor mounting and features handles on the right side for easy access and maintenance.
Advantages and Features
- Durable housing: Constructed from aluminium profiles with a polyamide thermal break (TB2 class) to prevent thermal bridging. According to EN 1886, the unit achieves class D1, L1, T2, and TB2 ratings. The double-walled panels are insulated with 45 mm of rock wool to minimise heat loss and sound transmission.
- Condensation wheel: The Eurovent-certified condensation wheel optimally recovers energy from the return air, reclaiming both heat and moisture, significantly reducing energy consumption.
- EC fans: Direct-driven, electronically commutated (EC) plug fans with high-efficiency EC motors provide an eco-friendly solution with low energy usage and low noise levels.
- Maintenance-friendly: Easy access to the air handling unit via handles on the right side. Filters and optional accessories can be easily replaced and/or installed.
- The Regin E3-DSP: Remote control is supplied as standard and offers intuitive remote control via an LCD display. This allows ventilation and air conditioning modes, temperature settings, dirty filter information and many other parameters to be easily adjusted and monitored remotely, without the need for direct access to the air handling unit. As standard, the maximum distance is 10 meters but it is possible to extend it even more by adding some additional components.
- Control panel: The fully integrated Regin control panel is suitable for constant pressure or constant airflow control. It can be equipped with a CO₂ or humidity sensor and allows display and operation of numerous functions (such as airflow control, temperature regulation, dirty filter alerts, frost protection, and more).
- Additional components: Thanks to the flexible design, the unit can be easily expanded with extra functionalities, such as hot and cold water coils, electric preheaters, silencers, and protective devices tailored to user requirements.
