Maxivent Reversible DX Coil for M4523 Horizontal Left - CCDX1L

The Maxivent by Econox reversible DX coil is an optional accessory to expand the M4523 air handling unit, horizontal left version. Composed of a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, this DX coil, with a capacity of 10.38 kW heating and 10.99 kW cooling, ensures excellent thermal conductivity and a corrosion-resistant casing.

A refrigerant (e.g., R410A or R32) circulates through the copper tubes of the heat exchanger, exchanging heat with the airstream inside the air handling unit through evaporation or condensation. The distinct advantage over a hot or chilled water coil is that the reversible DX coil can both cool and heat, operating directly with the refrigerant. This eliminates the need for an intermediate fluid (such as water or glycol) for heat transfer, resulting in a more compact installation with reduced heat loss.

The reversible DX coil module is mounted on the side of the horizontal M4523 air handling unit.
