The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to extend the MR4545 air handling unit. Constructed with a galvanised steel frame, aluminium fins, and copper tubes and collectors, the hot water coil with a capacity of 51.40 kW guarantees excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger utilises an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air using hot water. Hot water flows in through the collector, which then distributes it across the copper tubes. Air passes over the heated tubes and fins, absorbing the heat. The warmed air is then supplied to the designated space. Once cooled, the water exits via the other collector back to the heat source.
The coil is versatile in application, safe to use, and easy to install. The hot water coil is mounted within the MR4545 air handling unit.
