The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to extend the M4004 air handling unit. Constructed from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and collectors, the hot water coil with a capacity of 4.68 kW ensures excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger utilises an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air using hot water. Warm water flows through the collector, then distributes through the copper tubes. Air passes over the heated tubes and fins, absorbing the heat. The warmed air is then supplied to the designated space. Once the water has cooled, it returns to the heat source via the opposite collector.
The coil is versatile, safe to use, and simple to install. The hot water coil is mounted on the side of the M4004 air handling unit.
