The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to expand the M4027 air handling unit. Constructed with a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, the hot water coil with a capacity of 33.10 kW ensures excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger uses an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air via hot water. Warm water flows in through the header, then is distributed through the copper tubes. Air passes over the heated tubes and fins, absorbing this heat. The warmed air is then supplied to the designated space. Once cooled, the water returns via the opposite header to the heat source.
The coil is versatile, safe to use, and straightforward to install. The hot water coil is mounted on the side of the M4027 air handling unit.
