The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to extend the MR4528 air handling unit. Constructed from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, this hot water coil with a capacity of 29.70 kW ensures excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger utilises an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air using hot water. Warm water flows into the coil through the header, where it is distributed evenly across the copper tubes. Air then passes over the heated tubes and fins, absorbing the heat. The heated air is subsequently delivered to the designated space. Once cooled, the water exits via the opposite header back to the heat source.
This coil is versatile, safe to operate, and easy to install. The hot water coil is mounted within the MR4528 air handling unit.
