The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to enhance the horizontal low profile M4516 air handling unit. Constructed with a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper tubes, and headers, the coil with a capacity of 17.50 kW ensures excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger utilises an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air by means of hot water. Warm water flows into the coil via the header, distributing evenly over the copper tubes. Air then passes along the heated tubes and fins, absorbing the thermal energy. The warmed air is subsequently supplied to the designated space. Once cooled, the water is returned to the heat source via the opposite header.
The coil offers flexible application, safe operation, and straightforward installation. It is mounted within the horizontal low profile M4516 air handling unit.
