The Maxivent by Econox hot water coil is an optional accessory designed to extend the horizontal M4512 air handling unit. Made from a galvanized steel frame, aluminium fins, copper pipes and headers, this hot water coil with a capacity of 11.60 kW ensures excellent thermal conductivity.
The heat exchanger uses an external heat source, such as a boiler or heat pump, to warm air via hot water. Warm water flows into the coil through the header, where it is distributed across the copper pipes. Air then passes over the heated pipes and fins, absorbing the heat. The warmed air is subsequently supplied to the designated space. Once the water has cooled down, it is returned to the heat source via the opposite header.
The coil is versatile, safe to use, and easy to install. The hot water coil is mounted within the horizontal M4512 air handling unit.
