The Maxivent by Econox M4027 system is a highly efficient, robust, advanced, and versatile balanced ventilation unit with heat recovery, specifically designed for conference rooms, offices, and small to medium-sized commercial buildings. With a nominal airflow of 2700 m³/h and heat recovery of up to 90%, this air handling unit is ideally suited for your next commercial project requiring continuous ventilation without energy loss. The unit operates via an efficient counterflow heat exchanger, EC fans, an integrated control panel and a remote controller with 10 m cable. Designed for ceiling mounting, the unit features handles on the right side for easy opening and maintenance.

Advantages and Features

Durable Housing: Constructed from aluminium profiles with a polyamide thermal break (TB2 class) to prevent thermal bridging. In accordance with EN 1886, the unit achieves class D1, L1, T2, and TB2. The double-walled panels are insulated with 45 mm rock wool to minimise heat loss and noise.
Counterflow Heat Exchanger: The integrated, efficient, and Eurovent-certified counterflow heat exchanger recovers up to 80% of thermal energy from exhaust air without mixing airflows.
EC Fans: Direct-driven, electronically commutated (EC) motor plug fans deliver a highly efficient, eco-friendly solution with low energy consumption and low noise levels.
Maintenance-Friendly: Easy access to the unit via handles on the right side. Filters and optional accessories can be easily replaced or installed.
The Regin E3-DSP: Remote control is supplied as standard and offers intuitive remote control via an LCD display. This allows ventilation and air conditioning modes, temperature settings, dirty filter information and many other parameters to be easily adjusted and monitored remotely, without the need for direct access to the air handling unit. As standard, the maximum distance is 10 meters but it is possible to extend it even more by adding some additional components.
Control Panel: The fully integrated Regin control panel supports constant pressure or constant airflow regulation. It can be equipped with CO₂ or humidity sensors and allows for display and control of numerous functions (such as airflow control, temperature regulation, dirty filter alerts, frost protection, and more).
Additional Components: Thanks to the flexible design, the unit can be easily expanded with extra functionalities, such as hot and cold water coils, electric preheaters, and dampers tailored to the user’s specifications.
