The Maxivent by Econox M4012 unit is a highly efficient, robust, advanced, and versatile balanced ventilation system with heat recovery, specifically designed for offices, clinics, and small-scale commercial buildings. With a nominal airflow of 1200 m³/h and heat recovery efficiency up to 90%, this air handling unit is ideally suited for your next commercial project where continuous ventilation without energy loss is essential. The unit operates via an efficient counterflow heat exchanger, EC fans, an integrated control panel and a remote controller with 10 m cable. It is designed for ceiling mounting and features handles on the right side for easy access and maintenance.

Advantages and Features

Durable Enclosure: Constructed from aluminium profiles with a polyamide thermal break (TB2 class) to prevent thermal bridging. According to EN 1886, the unit achieves class D1, L1, T2, and TB2. The double-walled panels are insulated with 45 mm rock wool to minimise heat loss and sound transmission.
Counterflow Heat Exchanger: The integrated, efficient, Eurovent-certified counterflow heat exchanger recovers up to 80% of the thermal energy from the exhaust air, without mixing air streams.
EC Fans: Direct-driven EC-motorised plug fans with high-efficiency electronic commutation (EC) provide an environmentally friendly solution with low energy consumption and low noise levels.
Maintenance-Friendly: Easy access to the air handling unit through the handles on the right side. Filters and optional accessories can be easily replaced or installed.
The Regin E3-DSP: Remote control is supplied as standard and offers intuitive remote control via an LCD display. This allows ventilation and air conditioning modes, temperature settings, dirty filter information and many other parameters to be easily adjusted and monitored remotely, without the need for direct access to the air handling unit. As standard, the maximum distance is 10 meters but it is possible to extend it even more by adding some additional components.
Control Panel: The fully integrated Regin control panel supports constant pressure or constant airflow regulation. It can be equipped with a CO₂ or humidity sensor and allows for the display and control of numerous functions (such as airflow regulation, temperature control, dirty filter alarms, frost protection, and more).
Additional Components: Thanks to the flexible design, the unit can be easily expanded with extra features such as hot and chilled water coils, electric preheaters, and dampers tailored to the user’s requirements.
