The Ruck ISOR 200 EC K 01 is a powerful and low-noise duct fan with a 200 mm connection diameter and insulated housing, designed for installation in ventilation ducts for professional applications where high performance and a low noise level are required. Thanks to the integrated swing-out motor unit, you can carry out maintenance quickly and easily. The connections are fitted with a lip seal for optimal airtightness when connecting to the duct system.

Advantages and functions

• Low-noise operation: The housing is fully insulated with 40 mm mineral wool with an abrasion-resistant glass fibre coating, making the fan remarkably quiet.
• Backward curved impeller: Mounted on the external rotor of an energy-saving EC motor, for high efficiency at low energy consumption.
• Steplessly adjustable: Thanks to the integrated electronics, you can easily control the fan with a 0 to 10V signal, for example via a potentiometer or a CO2 sensor.
• Swing-out motor unit: Through the removable cover, you can easily take the fan unit out of the sound-insulated housing for cleaning or maintenance.
• Low-maintenance bearings: The enclosed motor runs on ball bearings with lifetime lubrication, sealed on both sides.
• Standard motor protection: Every fan is fitted as standard with motor protection against overload.

Quiet and energy-efficient in practice

With a sound power level of 54 dB(A) at the housing, the ISOR 200 EC K 01 remains barely audible even during continuous operation. With a power consumption of just 97 W and a rated current of 0.9 A, the fan operates efficiently, while a speed of 2890 rpm ensures sufficient air displacement. The motor is protected to IP54 and can withstand ambient and medium temperatures up to 60°C, allowing you to use the fan in warmer technical spaces as well.

Installation, maintenance and applications

You can mount the ISOR 200 EC K 01 either horizontally or vertically in the duct, thanks to the included mounting bracket. For maintenance, you simply remove the removable cover, then pull the entire fan unit out of the sound-insulated housing without having to disconnect the duct connection. This design makes the fan suitable for a wide range of professional ventilation applications, for example in commercial buildings where quiet and reliable extract or supply air is required.
